Shipping & Returns

We are located and are shipping from the UK.

The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however large orders or items which require manual assembly may take slightly longer. We will usually inform you if this happens. All items in the web shop showing in stock are actually in stock.

International Shipping
Orders to destinations outside the United Kingdom are dispatched via tracked Airmail, UPS or FedEx. You can select your shipping option at the checkout page – click the Estimate Shipping button in the shopping cart to view the shipping option costs. Shipping cost depends on the total weight of the goods.

Orders over £100 and heavy items may only be sent via FedEx.

Typical International Delivery Times

Airmail: 3-4 working days after dispatch. Up to one week for some countries. There is tracking available.
UPS: 3-4 working days
FedEx: 3-4 working days

USA and the rest of the world

Airmail: 4-5 working days. Please allow extra time to clear customs*.
UPS: 4-5 working days
FedEx: 4-5 working days

*For international orders outside Europe this can take up to 2 additional days. Total delivery time can be up to a week. Thank you for being patient.


You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods from the UK! There is no way for us, Ismart Electronics (the shipper) to predict your country’s customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries FedEx and/or postal system may charge you. Invoices may be required by your local customs office or for FedEx. If you decide not to pay costs required by your customs – we cannot issue any refunds.

We will not falsify customs forms – documentation will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We make best efforts to follow rules, regulations and laws locally and worldwide. Thank you for respecting our values.

UK Shipping
Orders sent in the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail (First Class) or next day courier (UPS). You can select your shipping option at the checkout page. Click the ‘Estimate Shipping’ button in the shopping cart to view the shipping cost options for your order. Orders over £100 will be sent via tracked UPS courier.

UK Delivery Times
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail First Class) – 1-3 Working Days
Next day courier (UPS) – 1 Working Day (Cut off time is 12pm)
If order has not been received within these times, please contact us. For international orders it sometimes happens that local post office in destination country holds goods without notifying either the customer or us. In this case, it may be necessary to contact your local post service of courier depot for more information.

VAT and Taxes Information
Ismart Electronics Limited website prices include sales tax where applicable. Our online shop is a consumer business and does not have the option for EU companies to place the order without VAT. If you are a VAT registered company in an EU Member State you are eligible to recover the VAT according to Articles 170-171a VAT Directive and following the full rules laid out in Directive 2008/9/EC.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please inform us within two weeks from the date you received it if you wish to return an item. You do not even have to give a reason although it would be helpful if you could to help us improve our services. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods once we have been informed. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is reasonable, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Warranty and Repairs
We provide a 2 year warranty on all of our products unless stated otherwise in product documentation. Repairs for items not covered by the warranty are dealt with on an individual basis.

Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend the item is well packaged as any damage caused by the courier or postal service you have used is not our responsibility.
